Graduation (Friends Forever)

Yeah, I just named a blog post after that song. That really cheesy Vitamin C one. Don't pretend you don't know it.

:P

I haven't been updating this blog for quite some time now due to... ehemlazinesscough, but I thought I'd share with you some photos of us celebrating in our graduation robes, just about a week after the graduation ceremony.

English Lit Grads.
From left: Me, Yen Yen, Stephanie, Renuga, Vandana.

The view's definitely less scary from behind the desk.

The cheesy pose. Bak kata Mr. Jeyam as he took his position in between
Vandana and Stephanie: 'Ew, gross'.

The artsy-fartsy shot
(which turned out beautiful!).

With Charity.

With Dr. Otto.
'I feel like I'm being more photographed than the Pope these days...'

The English Seminar Room:
Where 98% of our English classes took place.

With Kak Ros, who decided she wanted us to be
models for a brochure or something like that...

The 'Wajib Shot'.

We had to stop traffic about
a million times for this shot.

Clockwise from 11 o'clock:
Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Lala, Po.

Steph, I love how we look in this one, too. :D

The Abbey Road shot.
Oh man. I can still hear the loud BEEP BEEP BEEP of the traffic light when I look at this one.
MAKE IT STOP!!!

Hanging out at the Dataran Sastera.

Thanks a million to Benjamin Ong who took these photos. I don't think I would've posed in the most embarrassing ways if you hadn't directed me.

And a special thank you to Yen Yen, who organised the whole shoot and uploaded all the photos up on facebook.

And of course, to Stephanie, Vandana and Renuga, for making it. Love you girls!

Lots of love, love and love,

from AEA060010.

I know, Steph! Your favourite shot looks like the cover of a brochure or something...

Haha and Mr Jeyam's expression is priceless. You can actually hear him go 'ew, gross' just by looking at his face. Fortunately the photo looks really nice. My view from up there though, was traumatizing.

Oh yeah, Steph. Didn't you sleep at all last night?

Trini, thanks. :D It actually doesn't feel much different to me, since I'm still studying some more... I just feel a bit older, that's all. Lol. When are you graduating?

Aisya Shurfa said...

Actually, Steph. It looks like a poster for a really hip movie!

Thanks, Rudy! Your turn in a few years' time. Except you'd be having in the US!

Steph, a grand view of four butts stuck to one another. I am scarred for life...!

Yen, dear, me wants the original copies in all their high-res glory, please! Can I pass you my thumbdrive on friday? :D
